2022 Pinot Noir Cornish Point

Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy Jane Skilton MW March 2024 *** 93

Not the boldest aroma but instead very pretty subtle rosehip, raspberry fruit. A little whole cluster gives a cinnamon, clove oil layer. The palate is utterly charming; silken smooth tannins, just the right amount of fresh sappy fruit. Very polished and suave but retains a slight edge of crunch that gives vitality. Drink from now – 2029. Tasted: December 2023.

The Real Review Bob Campbell MW August 2023 95/100

First impression is of a seductively light wine that quickly builds greater intensity revealing a medley of floral, fruit and spice flavours wrapped around a core of sweet tannins and fruity acidity that lingers tantalisingly on a lengthy finish. Supple wine with a silken texture.
