But in a busy winery where there is a very wide variety of tasks to complete, this is a pretty good talent to have. ‘I can do that’ isn’t something he has to say, we just assume it. Whether it’s running our carbon audits, our sustainability measuring, tracking down forest land to buy, or simply finding an obscure bottle for lunch, it is hard to find anything that will flummox him.
