2002 Riesling Block 1

At this stage the nose is closed but the lush florals, stonefruits, lemons and limes are evident underneath and waiting to be revealed. The palate is more giving with an explosion of sweet fresh ripe peaches, crisp acidity and a long mineral finish. The wine is perfectly balanced, showing very little development and is what we would consider to be a hallmark Block 1 Riesling
