Tasting Date: 16 November 2007

The nose is initially closed but opens up to reveal a youthful wine packed with bright cherries, blackberries, cinnamon, cloves and black truffles. The palate is sweet, bright and lively with an exotic spice cupboard complexity. The succulent tannins give the wine a mouthwatering character while still remaining smooth and silky on the finish. This wine would benefit from decanting.
